Counseling Psychology: Focuses on emotional, social, and behavioral issues, such as life transitions, stress management, and relationship issues. It takes a more holistic view of human growth.
Who can take sessions?
Anyone Whoever feels that. He/She needs to someone to talk to, who needs to be listened in a non- judgmental way, ,who needs insights to take decisions, who is experiencing tension, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, difficulty sleeping due to stress and recurring throughs, need to gain self awareness and anything causing stress in daily living.

I provide supportive wellness conversations for students dealing with stress, anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, academic pressure, interpersonal concerns, and personal challenges.
• What happens during a session?
Supportive conversations where students can openly talk about what they are going through in a safe and non-judgmental space. Together, we explore emotions, stressors, coping strategies, and healthier ways to manage challenges. YOU WON'T BE JUDGED, you can take your time, and talk openly about any matters that's been bothering you.
• What makes peer wellness support different?
Peer wellness support focuses on empathetic listening, emotional understanding, relatable guidance, and creating a comfortable space where students feel heard and supported.
• Is everything confidential?
Sessions are handled with care and confidentiality. However, if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, professional or emergency support may be encouraged.
