No Refund Policy

All payments made to Campus Care for consultations, counseling sessions, wellness support, or related services are non-refundable.

Once a consultation or booking has been confirmed, refunds will not be provided for cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in schedule.

In rare cases involving technical issues, duplicate payments, or service-related problems, Campus Care may review the issue and provide support at its discretion.

By booking a service through Campus Care, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
